What we can help with
- Corrections: a walking or transport time that looks wrong, a hotel that has closed or changed name, or an event date that has moved.
- Missing places: a hotel near one of our stadiums that we should list, or a stadium you would like us to cover next.
- Partnerships and press: clubs, venues, hotels and travel writers are welcome to get in touch.
What we cannot help with
We are a guide, not a travel agent, so we cannot see or change bookings. For a booking, payment, cancellation or refund, contact the booking site you used (Booking.com, Agoda or Trip.com) or the hotel directly; their details are in your confirmation email. For match or concert tickets, contact the club, venue or ticket seller.
We usually reply within two working days. Please include the page address (URL) if your message is about a specific hotel or stadium.
